The U.S. court indicated that there are issues with the documentation delivery in the case, despite keeping the analysis of the case merits open. It was mentioned that the court is unaware of any efforts by Moraes or the Brazilian government to comply with established protocols for court orders or pronouncements.

Judge Mary Scriven, in charge of the case, mentioned that there are still jurisdictional issues to be reviewed.

Until actions are made to implement Moraes’ ruling by the Brazilian government, the US government, or other pertinent parties, the matter is not ready for legal scrutiny.

Rumble and Trump Media’s actions against Moraes.

Rumble, a video platform, and Trump Media, a communication group founded by former US President Donald Trump, have taken legal action against Moraes, accusing him of being a censoring minister.

The orders issued by the Minister of the Supreme Court to dismiss Rumble applications and accounts do not hold any legal significance in the United States.

The prosecution argues that the reason for initiating the proceedings was Moraes’ alleged blocking of several users’ accounts on the Rumble platform, including one that is well-known.

The decision states that Allan dos Santos, a blogger who supports former President Jair Bolsonaro and currently resides in the United States, is to be arrested as ordered by Moraes.

The minister needs the platform to appoint a legal representative in Brazil, ban the Allan dos Santos channel (including new sign-ups), and halt financial transactions to the influencer.

Other social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, X (previously known as Twitter), and Instagram have been informed and have complied with the requirements.
