The Galaxy S25 Edge could be a major focus for Samsung in the smartphone market, with leaked details about its specifications appearing on Geekbench.
The Galaxy S25 Edge has been featured on Geekbench.
The Galaxy S25 Edge, identified as “SM-S937B”, was seen on a benchmark site featuring an octa-core processor. Two cores run at 4.47 GHz, while the other six run at 3.53 GHz.
Geekbench does not specify the chip’s name, but it appears to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, the same one found in the Galaxy S25 series. This suggests that the device will not use the seven-core version of the chip mentioned on the Qualcomm website in January.

The Galaxy S25 Edge scored 2,806 points in the single-core test and 8,416 points in the multi-core test according to the listing. It was noted to have 12 GB of RAM and run on Android 15 with the One UI 7 interface.
Expectations for the Galaxy S25 Edge
The Galaxy S25 Edge is equipped with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display that offers a maximum brightness of 2,600 nits, a variable refresh rate ranging from 1 Hz to 120 Hz, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and slim 1.32 mm edges.
A 200 MP primary camera sensor and a 50 MP ultrawide secondary camera are anticipated, along with a 12 MP front camera for selfies.
The device features a 3,900 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Additionally, it includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, 5G capability, IP68 certification, Bluetooth 5.4, and Wi-Fi 7.
Possible start
Samsung has not officially announced the launch date for the Galaxy S25 Edge, but speculation suggests that the company may unveil the device towards the end of April.
