Samsung guarantees seven years of updates for the Galaxy S25, with the latest update being the initial one. Older Samsung models may not receive the same level of excitement as S25 owners, as currently, the S25 is the sole Samsung smartphone equipped with One UI 7.
The most recent One UI update is highly anticipated due to its new artificial intelligence capabilities and updated interface. Samsung has not announced a timeline for its availability on older devices, with only the Galaxy S24 currently having a beta program for One UI 7.

To conduct a more thorough test, we ran the S25 Ultra on AnTuTu three times consecutively to assess the overall score and determine the average score from these three tests.

The AnTu benchmark test Ultra for the Galaxy S25 showed an average total score of 2,062,484 points, with a strong emphasis on graphic performance as indicated by the GPU score of 802,166 points. The CPU scored 518,700 points, showing solid performance, albeit with some variability across tests likely related to thermal and energy management.
Users are frustrated by the rapid loading issue on the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Users on platforms such as Reddit are reporting issues with loading that either fails to start properly or gets interrupted multiple times, sometimes taking hours to complete.
The issue seems related to the use of a USB-C 5A cable with the 45W charger. Switching to the 3A cable provided in the package has helped some users resolve the problem. Samsung Italy acknowledged the issue and advised users to replace the cable while they work on an update.
Only the 45W charging models like S25+ and Ultra are affected by this issue, while the regular Galaxy S25, which has a 25W limit, is not impacted. Wireless charging functionality remains unaffected.
